Day-Of Coordination

For the couple who has planned their wedding and wants an expert to run it. You have done the work. Six weeks out, we step in. We review your vendors, confirm your timeline, and make sure every detail you have spent months building is ready to execute. On your wedding day, we run it from start to finish so you never have to think about what comes next. Starts at 20 dedicated coordination hours.

A note about planning hours.
Something to think about. At 35 hours, your planner has time to execute beautifully. At 65, they have time to truly know you and your wedding. The real value of a planner is not just what happens on wedding day, it is the vendor you did not book because we caught a red flag or the idea you would not have thought of. and the problem that never became one.
