As soon as you're even considering a date, give us a call. We book over a year out, and we limit the number of events we take on each season so every client gets our full attention.

Once we know a bit about your event, we'll schedule a complimentary consultation, a chance to get to know each other and make sure we're the right fit. From there, we'll build an estimated proposal based on your venue and guest count, a starting point for talking through scale and services. Once that's settled, we'll sign a contract and get into the fun part: designing and planning.
